Pre-Cursillo Rep Spanish, José Luis Ortega, was not present to report.

Three day Rep Spanish, Rocio Ayala, wanted to thank everyone for the support and trust given to her, as a 3-day rep, at the last Secretariat meeting.  She reported that the team meeting for the next Spanish Cursillo #77 will be in Woodward on April 4-6, 2003.  Father Wolf will be the Spiritual Director for Cursillo #77 that will take place in Woodward June 5-8, 2002.  Luz Armendariz will be the Coordinator and Catalina Alvarez the Assistant Coordinator.

Three day Rep Spanish, Gerónimo Martínez, reported that for the next Spanish Cursillo #77, Juan Espinosa will be the Coordinator and Alejandro Mascote the Assistant Coordinator.  At this point he doesn’t have a Spiritual Director but will report at the next Secretariat meeting.  Geronimo made a motion to present a list of names to be added to the Assistant Coordinators pool for the Spanish Cursillo.  The names were: Jesus Cipres and  Agustin Paramo.  Father Lafferty seconded.  Motion passed.

Three day Rep. There was a discussion of whether the School of Leaders from Duncan had been approved by the Secretariat or not.  Fr. Lafferty made a motion for the Secretariat to approve the School of Leaders in Duncan.  Don Vincent seconded.  Motion passed.

After lunch the meeting was called back to order at 12:50 p.m.

Old Business

The English 1st School of Leaders took place at the Pastoral Center on January 4, 2003.  It had an attendance of 23 people.  It followed the guidelines of the Leaders Manual.  The Leaders Manual was broken into different topics for the school.  The topic for every school is posted on the OKC Cursillo Web page.

During the next few weeks the Cursillo newsletter should be finished.  It has a lot of information about the Ultreyas, School of Leaders, etc.  One thing that the Secretariat is asking the Ultreya reps to do is to come up with a list of active Cursillistas to better update the mailing list for the newsletter.  Ray will send the list of Cursillistas that he has to Sister Elsa so that she can name proof the Spanish list before mailing is done.

The Secretariat group revising the By-laws met for the first time.  They decided to start from scratch and review the by-laws from the beginning.  By August the group should have some report for everyone to read.  The changes on the by-laws are to take place starting January 2005.
